A Whimsical Ipswich Anniversary Session you say? I’d LO LO LOVEEE to!!!

It was only two years ago that I was sharing images from Christian and Paula’s romantic, greenery-filled wedding. Let me tell you….those two are seriously one of the cutest and sweetest couples I’ve ever gotten to work with!

So you can only imagine my excitement when Paula reached out to me again to help them document their two-year anniversary in a whimsical Ipswich anniversary session that came up this past week! She shared with me her vision of a beautiful sunset & beach-filled shoot and I was immediately on board!

So we adventure all the way to Ipswich, MA to do our session at Crane Beach… and we were met with quite a bit of an obstacle. THE BEACH WAS FREAKING CLOSED!!

And as the sun started to go down, and the clock started to tick, we knew we had to act fast! So we drove around the area, looking for the most scenic area we could find on such short notice, and landed on this perfect stretch of highway that neighbored a beautiful and whimsical field of grass! We hopped out of our cars and proceeded to basically do the shoot on what would be considered “the side of the road” LOL. But Christian and Paula were ABSOLUTE ROCKSTARS and dove head first into our spontaneous plan!

I think this adventure we had may have somehow been even better than the original plan we had in place! We shared so many laughs, dodged A TON of cars, and still created some photo magic amidst it all!

Their golden hour engagement session was definitely one for the books, and I’m so happy to share such amazing images with you all!
