Canoe Beach Nahant is a pebble beach and a hidden gem placed at the head of a small cove between two rocky points and the perfect place for an engagement shoot!
Castle Rock can be seen to the left and Forty Steps beach just beyond it. Also, Northeastern University operates its Marine Science Center at this beach. However, it was a quiet and peaceful day when we were there!

When we got to Canoe Beach, it was deserted and we had it all to ourselves!!! This made it more magical for our timid couple. There was no intimidation from onlookers and that helped them relax and be comfortable with each other.
They knocked it out of the park!
Once they got into the groove, there was no stopping them. This Canoe Beach engagement shoot was full of a lot of quiet & intimate moments especially the shots of them sitting on the rocks.
Looking back I can recall the feeling of calmness around these 2 love birds, I could also feel the magic between them and it made me feel like all was good in the world. Thank you Sam and Doug for just being you!
